Today we learn about the rise to power: this class helps us understand how different dynasties shape the development of countries. Join us to learn what lead to the downfall of the Merovigians and how the Carolingians became an important dynasty in France.
Course Description
This course will have 4 45 minutes lectures dedicated to the Carolingians, the origins of France as a country in the early middle ages and the expansion of these great rulers into central Europe.
