Yes. World Virtual Tours events are free to attend.

Donations are optional and very appreciated. They help support our guides and the World Virtual Tours project.

To book a tour, open the event page and click the booking button. You will be redirected to Eventbrite, where you can reserve your free ticket.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with the event access details.

You usually do not need an Eventbrite account to attend our tours.

However, please make sure you enter your email address correctly when booking, as Eventbrite will send the confirmation and reminder emails there.

Yes. You are welcome to book as many World Virtual Tours events as you like.

Each event has its own Eventbrite confirmation email and Zoom access details.

Nothing happens. Since our events are free, you do not need to cancel your booking if you cannot attend.

If a recording becomes available, access instructions may be shared after the event, but recordings are not guaranteed.

Please search your inbox for World Virtual Tours, Eventbrite, or the title of the event.

If you still cannot find it, check Spam, Junk, Promotions and Updates folders. Most missing-email issues are caused by email filters.

Information about timezones, reminders and event schedules.

Eventbrite automatically converts event times to your local timezone.

The World Virtual Tours website also displays event times according to the timezone detected from your device or browser.

Event times may look different because Eventbrite and our website display times according to each visitor’s local timezone.

If you or your friend are travelling, using a VPN, or have a different device timezone, please double-check the timezone shown on the event page.

Eventbrite usually sends emails immediately after booking, then approximately 2 days before, 2 hours before, and around 10 minutes before the event.

Important information about replay availability, timing and access.

Recordings are not guaranteed.

Availability depends on guide permissions, technical conditions and sometimes content restrictions. Whenever a recording is available, we share access instructions after the live event.

When a recording is available, it is usually published within 24 hours after the live event.

If the event has just ended, please allow some time for processing and publishing.

If you ask very soon after the event, the recording may simply not be ready yet.

The exact availability window may vary depending on the event, guide permissions and technical conditions. We always recommend attending the live event whenever possible.

Some recordings are hosted on Google Drive.

In some cases, Google may require you to sign into a Google account before opening the recording. This requirement is controlled by Google and may help prevent abuse of shared links.

If no recording was shared, it may mean that the guide did not grant permission, the recording was not technically available, or the event could not be published as a replay.
