Omid is wonderful and a terrific guide. I try not to miss any of his events. From History, Art, Architecture, Religion and so much more. He is engaging, informative and makes his events feel like a fun educational experience. Omid spends the time after his presentations to answer questions. He also gives us extra special clips at the end of some sessions which are wonderful to see and experience. While I enjoy many of the Guides and Events here, Omid is definitely my favorite and I always look forward to his events.

April is full of interesting historic information and points out many buildings that are partially hidden or have new facades that you would easy walk by without knowing. April looks like a movie star and dresses in vintage fashion for her tours.

I spent a lot of time in LA/Hollywood in the late 1980’s/1990’s, have always loved the history and the area and I miss it tremendously! I’ve been attending online with World Virtual Tours for many years. Khaled is the most amazing guide and his knowledge always astounds me. I saw the Colossi Of Memnon tour online and was so absorbed, I watched the recording twice! He makes Egyptology so exciting to learn about and shows us the greatest wonders. I have seen inside so many tombs from home that I never thought I’d see. I dream of going for real, but in the meantime, how lucky to have Khaled to show and teach us here! Thank you as always Khaled.

Olga always has such passion and you can feel her love of what she shares with her viewers. She knows how to make us feel the real atmosphere of the places she takes us to and I have enjoyed her stories of the legends!

One word: INCREDIBLE Presentation ! The RESEARCH that Vanessa did for the presentation was so obvious; the ENTHUSIASM of her presentation was SO OBVIOUS; and the CONTENT of Vanessa’s presentation was beyond fascinating and factual. SO WELL DONE. ps. We just missed the visual presentation !

I have followed Jimmy for several years online as I love Peru and it’s history. He is more than a guide, he is like friend and family to his followers and you can alays feel his passion for his subject. I recommend joining to see the solstice tours he does and watch the sun over Machu Picchu. Even online it is so very beautiful. His tours are always so absorbing and detailed. I enjoyed my tour of Crépy-en-Valois! When I learned this tour was going to cover a town that is pivotal to Medieval French history, I was all for it. France was the cultural and artistic standard of the medieval world and this tour gave me that vibe all the way through. Patrick is very well informed about the subject he’s speaking on and you can see his passion for French history come out as he walked us through the city. I look forward to the next one that is about the birth of Impressionism!

I watched Omid’s webinars on Dalí, Picasso, and his comparison of Leonardo and Michelangelo, and I found them all incredibly informative. He delves deeply into each topic—exploring the artists’ styles and techniques, their political and religious views, analyses of their most famous works and even the physics of the painted image. Omid’s way of explaining things is truly captivating, and I look forward to learning even more from him.

I have seen many of Lillian’s talks and have enjoyed them all. Her talk on Van Gogh: The Art and The Man is the best one I’ve ever attended. Her compassion and enthusiasm for her subject was evident. I appreciate the recordings that are available now. I would have missed seeing this great talk otherwise.

She’s so kind and sweet, has a beautiful way to show the world. She’s easiest to follow for people who doesn’t have English as a native language.

Just finished viewing a wonderful tour with Patrick. He is so prepared and his presentation is so professional. I always learn so much……

Haussmann tour was just the right blend of showing us what the Opera District looks like now with historical background of when and why the streets and buildings were designed as they were. Just enough history that I want to read more about it. And so much fun to see places I visited in person many years ago. Thank you Patrick for another wonderful tour!

Lilllian’s tours are always a treat. She wears her expertise lightly but takes us through even the most complex and inaccessible of subjects — like the art of the Normans in Sicily — with ease and enthusiasm. Her detailed knowledge and fluent delivery are captivating and bring very beautiful — and sometimes very strange — new worlds to life. Even though i was familiar with this topic, there were many features that she pointed out and described that I had missed or overlooked. I would love this tour to be available on demand because it repays repeat viewing. But i value all of her tours.

Good mix of history, tourism, art & architecture. Omid is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his subject. Visual aids are excellent. He is the best kind of guide – a good teacher.
