Join us on a tour of Florence, the capital city of Tuscany region in central Italy. During this tour we will stroll by some iconic sites such as Ponte Vecchio, Signoria square, the Loggia of the Lanzi, Duomo St. Mary of the Flower and Baptistery as well as some hidden corners to provide you with a wide-ranging introduction to Florence known as “the craddle of the Renaissance”. Learn all about the Medici family and their role in shaping the Renaissance art and history in Florence and further afield. Most Florentine landmarks you see today were owned, financed or commissioned by the Medici family. During their rule artists of the caliber of Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Donatello and Raphael to name a few, all lived in Florence. We follow their foodsteps in our travel back in time to the Renaissance in stunning Florence.
