Join us on a tour of Florence, the capital city of Tuscany region in central Italy. During this tour we will stroll by some iconic sites such as Ponte Vecchio, Signoria square, the Loggia of the Lanzi, Duomo St. Mary of the Flower and Baptistery as well as some hidden corners to provide you with a wide-ranging introduction to Florence known as āthe craddle of the Renaissanceā. Learn all about the Medici family and their role in shaping the Renaissance art and history in Florence and further afield. Most Florentine landmarks you see today were owned, financed or commissioned by the Medici family. During their rule artists of the caliber of Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Donatello and Raphael to name a few, all lived in Florence. We follow their foodsteps in our travel back in time to the Renaissance in stunning Florence.

Over the years I have been sailing on tall ship in Thailand, riding the Orient Express to Paris, exploring the Egyptian temples of Luxor, cruising past the glaciers of Argentinian Patagonia, admiring the Aurora Borealis in the Swedish Lapland, visiting wineries in New Zealand... Lately I returned to my home country Italy and started accompanying tours to Rome, Venice, Florence, Cinqueterre, Amalfi Coast to name a few. Then I got a certificate as Local Guide of Lake Como and Milan. I love sharing my city so rich in history and art, but also modern architecture and up-beat events."
