When we hear Burgundy, we might think of the famous Wine or the “Douce France“. But during this presentation we will talk about the major poltical role of the Dukes of Burgundy in Europe and how they became sponsors of the Arts think for instance Jan Van Eyck.
This presentation also serves  as an introduction for the live walking tour on August 9th in Lille, France, one of the Residencies of the Dukes of Burgundy.
