About Professional Tour Guide
My name is Patrick. I am Parisian, although I come from a family from Britanny (from the Côtes d’Armor). I have been passionate about my city for several years and I love to help people discover it. I have this need to share, perhaps this is the logical continuation of being a father and also a teacher in university. During the first part of my life I travelled the world, I loved it and I was grateful to all those friends who made me discover their country. Today I am making the same thing happen by taking people on a tour of my city. I love history, so you won’t escape a historical contextualization during your visit, I love architecture, so I will introduce you to our monuments and architectural styles, I love art, so let’s find it everywhere it is, in museums, but also in the street, I love our gastronomy and our art of living, so I will make you discover all my good spots.

Lovely tour of Crépy-en-Valois
I enjoyed my tour of Crépy-en-Valois! When I learned this tour was going to cover a town that is pivotal to Medieval French history, I was all for it. France was the cultural and artistic standard of the medieval world and this tour gave me that vibe all the way through. Patrick is very well informed about the subject he’s speaking on and you can see his passion for French history come out as he walked us through the city. I look forward to the next one that is about the birth of Impressionism!
Art Nouveau/art Deco
Just finished viewing a wonderful tour with Patrick. He is so prepared and his presentation is so professional. I always learn so much……
Very interesting and fun!
Haussmann tour was just the right blend of showing us what the Opera District looks like now with historical background of when and why the streets and buildings were designed as they were. Just enough history that I want to read more about it. And so much fun to see places I visited in person many years ago. Thank you Patrick for another wonderful tour!
