Prague Castle is one of the largest castle complexes in the world. The history is incredible. St. Vitus Cathedral is breathtaking. The tiny houses close to it are very cute. Prague Castle is a historical complex, founded in 880 as a seat of power for the Bohemian Kings. Even today, it is still used as the official seat of the president of the Czech Republic. You will feel like being part of a fairy tale.
We will start our walk near majestic St Vitus Cathedral and I will take you through less known streets of the New World neighborhood to the baroque Loreta Church. I love walking through the quiet abandoned cobbled streets. We will go off the beaten track and get lost in picturesque lanes of the Lost “New World” of Prague. Visiting Prague Loreta is an immersion into the baroque era. We will see the 400-year-old Baroque Church and admire the many sculptures of angels just outside. This pilgrimage destination feels like a hidden gem.
