We mainly know the Etruscan from their descriptions by Greeks and Romans but also from their funerary art. Let’s visit the Antiquarium in Corciano. This is a modern museum presenting the finds of a local necropolis whih was recently excavated.

*COURSE DESCRIPTION*
This course provides an in-depth exploration of the fascinating #Etruscan #Civilization. During this 4-lessons course we will discuss their #Society, their #Language, their #Religion through the many objects they have left us and the written testimonies of their contemporary Greek and Latin authors. We will get to know the Etruscan women and especially Tanaquilla!
Why are the #Etruscans still called “mysterious”? We will try to find an answer to that question.
We will end the course inside an *Etruscan Museum and discuss their funerary Art* .
