Tour Description
When Mount Vesuvius literally exploded in 79 AD, the ancient city of Pompei was cancelled from the face of the Earth.
1700 years later the archaeologists brought back Pompei to life. No ancient city has ever been found in such a wonderful state of preservation.
We’ll follow Pompei’s citizens for the last few hours of life. We’ll shed light on their dreams and fears, their daily challenges and loves. A journey through political corruption, trades, slavery, gladiators fights, grapphiti, incredible wealth and absolute poverty.
All of it in 60 minutes!
