How do I get join link for Zoom?

The Zoom Meeting ID and Password, as well as the direct link to access the Zoom meeting will be sent you by email, and shown on Eventbrite Event Online Page

How long before the event will I receive login details?

You will receive last reminder email from Eventbrite 10 minutes before the meeting start.

How does Zoom access work?

Very easy, just click the join link in the email and you will be taken to the Zoom app directly, (Mobile or Desktop), and will join the tour (automatically or manually by the tour guide that is hosting the tour)

Can i see the recording of a tour that I assisted or missed?

Unfortunately Recordings cannot be distributed outside as we use them only for analytics purposes.
Furthermore, we believe every virtual tour is a unique experience.
But don’t worry, you can easily book the next upcoming date of the same event. All our virtual tours are absolutely free to watch.

Can I log in directly from Facebook?

You can get Eventbrite tickets directly from Facebook Event page.
Click on “Find Tickets” button here on Facebook Event.
To log in Just follow the instructions in the Facebook event.
Just wait for the email that arrives 2 hours before and 10 minutes before the start of the event with the link to participate on Zoom

How long is a tour?

The tours has a duration of about 1hr, including the final q&a time.
